Jeff became my realtor more than a year before I bought my house. I met him at an open house and have stayed in touch with him ever since. I was not ready to buy a house at that time, but I knew that one day I would have a house of my very own. Jeff was very patient and sent me regular email links with a variety of properties for me to look at. When I wanted to see a house that I liked, I would simply let him know and he would make time to help me view it. It was a fun year of house hunting, and I was happy and lucky to have Jeff by my side down to help me with all the steps in purchasing the home! If you want a trustful realtor, that is patient, very helpful, compliant with your needs, get Jeff! He is doing an Awesome job!

Jeff Pasche was our real-estate agent for our purchase in Canmore. This was our first time buying and Jeff made the entire experience understandable and easy. Jeff is extremely capable and competent. He walked us through the entire process, from looking at properties, to recommending mortgage brokers, lawyers, and accountants all of whom have been people we were happy to work with. We will definitely work with Jeff Pasche again!

This is the fourth time my family has used Jeff in a real estate deal, and each time, the experience has been amazing! Jeff represented us in our sale and purchase this year. Dedicated, driven, knowledgeable, customer service oriented, and thorough are some of the words I would use to describe Jeff. We took possession of our new home on December 9th, and as of yesterday, December 15th, Jeff is still following up to make sure we are settled and that there are no issues with the home. Here is an example of Jeff's dedication and customer service: Jeff lives in Canmore. On multiple occasions, I told him to ask one of his colleagues to show us some homes so that he didn't have to come into town. He refused. If he was available, he would drive to Calgary, show us some homes, and then drive back to Canmore. On our possession day, I told Jeff that I could go get the keys for the new home so that he didn't have to drive into town. Again, he refused! He said, "No, that is not the type of service I provide. It would be an impersonal experience." And again, he drove in from Canmore to give us the keys. Some people may think this is the standard of service realtors provide. IT ISN'T! In 2019, a few Calgary realtors told me that they would not drive from Calgary to my condo in Airdrie if they represented me, and that they would ask one of their collegues in Airdrie to assist with the sale. Guess who made that drive from Canmore in 2022 when I finally sold the property ... Jeff! ❤️1
