Jean was and is the most incredible realtor. She helped my husband and I; 12 years ago, purchase our very first home. When we were considering selling and taking the equity out of that home, Jean sat down and gave my spouse and I all of the details on how selling would improve our lives. She worked tirelessly to find us a beautiful home that not only was absolutely an upgrade for us but, because of her knowledge and skill, this particular decision raised our credit rating by 100 points each. We now own an incredible home, we’re debt-free in our 40s and both have stellar credit ratings… It’s like a reward. She’s honest, patient, competent, and believes wholeheartedly in working for her clients best interests. I can’t thank you enough Jean for all you’ve done; you've really helped change our lives!

The previous resident of our appartment happens to be a heroin drug trafficker. He now is living in the appartment above us. We had no prior knowledge to his extensive criminal history and he is continuously harassing me to go and buy him a new key so he can get his Photo ID that he lost.. This Man is a danger to the society, since we have moved in I have had to call the police on 6 different occasions in less than a month as well as call an ambulance because he was too strung out and banging at our door at 2 am , I have notified the property management and they are disregarding all of my concerns and allowing the man to continue trafficking fentanyl from there property. This man was arrested with 40k $ worth of drugs and also had weapons on him just a year ago at a traffic stop. If you could please help me and get me a key so i can assure him his info isn't in the PO box he claims he didn't change to a new mailing address. However the PO box has been severely damaged and evidently someone had used a hammer or brass knuckles and attempted to break into the box. If you could please help as soon as possible with this issue as Myself and my pregnant Fiancée are extremely disappointed the property management company and not taking responsibility and putting me in a potentially dangerous situation where i have to interact with this convicted criminal that I want no part of. She has made no attempt to resolve or made any signs of remorse or sympathy towards the situation and instantly becomes defensive when attempting to communicate issues she has been ZERO help , Just cause more stress and worry , also broke client confidentiality giving us the prior tenants surname.
