We would highly recommend JC. We were looking for a place for our daughter in Calgary and JC was recommended by multiple people in a Facebook group I belong to. Our daughter was relentless, asking JC to show her places he knew would not fit, but he obliged. They visited properties JC advised my daughter to rather run away from after pointing out the negatives as well as properties he knew were going to end in a multiple offer situation beyond our budget. But he also showed her properties that were spot on what we were looking for and our journey ended with JC showing and helping our daughter acquiring a neat, well-located, and secure apartment within our budget.
