He did an amazing job selling my house over asking 118k in a very down market. Treats you like family in a very professional way. Never makes promises but instead will show you results and his work ethic’s is next no none. I would love to do some investing with him in the near future. Jay is a great real estate agent! He was working with us from the very beginning to the end in trying to figure out a housing situation for my parents. He’s always been courteous and we could see he works hard and has a passion for the real estate business. It was not easy to close on a house; however, he walked us through the whole process and guided us along. We would highly recommend him! You won’t regret it!
