Jay is an incredible realtor. Super caring, thorough, honest - the integrity is through the roof with Jay and his family. He also went SEVERAL extra miles for us and did so with a huge smile. Finally, he put up with my awful jokes...that's a rare quality! :D Anytime I buy or sell a home in Canada, Jay is my guy. Jay was wonderful to work with. He’s honest, super friendly and knows his stuff. Our situation was unique and had its own set of challenges, and Jay was able to roll with the punches and adapt to our ever changing situation. We sure gave him a run for his money, but he continuously kept everything positive, worked his butt off to sell our property and we couldn’t be more grateful. Top notch dude! Would recommend to anyone.
