Jason was the 1st agent that I thought of when it came time for us to upgrade our home. he was patient in showing us listing that would work within our budget, and when it came time to negotiate, he was able to get our new house for the price we wanted. it was then that he began to market our old home in earnest. while not without its challenges, he was able to find us a buyer in time to be able to close on our new house. We were thrilled to have been able to work with Jason and are enjoying our new home, hopefully for years to come

Jason is professional, personable, and very enthusiastic about his chosen career. He was easy to communicate with and provided excellent guidance throughout the process of both selling and buying. Truly the Transitional Realtor, Jason helped us to say goodbye to our old home and embrace the adventure of moving to a new home in a new town.

Jason was very proactive in facilitating the preparation and sale of our home. He is easy to work with and was very understanding of our personal situation, assisting us above and beyond our expectations.
