We used Jason as our agent during an inter-provincial move. We found Jason to be very professional, knowledgeable, and honest! Working with Jason you can tell he loves what he does and that he values his clients. All of these things put our mind at ease during our move. His communication was great, and was always available for any questions that we had. Thanks to Jason's experience we were able to move into our dream home!

We met Jason in 2011 when we were checking out an open house in the neighborhood we were thinking of buying in. He understood we were not ready to buy yet, but answered all of our questions and checked in with us now and then in a non-pressuring way. Definitely more like a friend saying “how’s the house hunting going”. In 2012 we reached out to him to say we were ready. Jason took the time to get to know us and what we wanted. He was a great help when we had it narrowed down to 2 houses, weighing the pros and cons of each. He guided us through the purchase, paperwork, inspectors, and lawyers. In the years since, Jason continues to check in with us. He remembers what sorts of things are on our “wish list” that we weren’t able to afford last time around and lets us know when something of interest goes on the market. Simply stated, Jason is a good guy. He’s reliable, knowledgeable, personable, and genuine. I would (and have) recommended him without hesitation.
