Jason was exceptional to work with. We completed the purchase of our first one with him yesterday. From start to finish, Jason has paid attention to our wants and needs to provide us with our first home. He was knowledgeable about the mature neighborhood area we wanted to settle in. The first home of 5 viewings he arranged us was a match made in heaven. He checked off 93% of our boxes, leaving us with very little comprises that we needed to make. At no point did we feel pressured. He was not pushy! He is very intelligent, punny, and communicative. From start to finish, he provided us with a stellar experience that left us laughing and crying. On our closing day, he rolled out a literal red carpet for us to open up and the doors to our home for the first time. He also gave us a gift that was PERFECT for us! Unreserved recommendation!

I knew Jason before I hired him as my real estate agent and I knew I could rely on him. My recent purchase of a house in Lac La Biche County was the second time I hired Jason to manage a real estate purchase and both went great. I think the most revealing thing about the recent experience was that I asked Jason to start showing me properties north of Edmonton in 2020, and he remained eager to help when I was finally ready to move up there in 2023.
