First off... it's Jason Freakin Clermont. So let's start with that. The man helped me from a distance as we were moving as a family from Toronto to Regina. Listing after listing, he visited and FaceTimed us in to do viewings. Gave us insight on homes and neighborhoods which ultimately landed us in a home/area we are THRILLED to be in. From setting up appointments with inspection to contractors to whomever, JC had all the answers sorted and made the transition across Canada seamless. I tell everyone who I used and will continue to do the same. There's no secret to why he's great, that's what made him the player we all loved. Same mentality on top of great people skills still leaves him a legend in a different avenue. Cant say enough great things about Jason and his colleagues. A1
