My wife and I had a great experience with Jarrod and Karolina both in selling our condo. and buying our home. From the first day, both were attentive, helpful, and guided us through the process. At no point were they pushy (as we were warned some realtors can be), but they just calmly and patiently were with us step by step. The first part was selling our condo, which seemed daunting in what is now a very difficult condo market. But, Karolina came and gave us advice on how to stage our place, assisted us in getting a cleaner, and then had phenomenal professional photos taken. Thanks to their help in getting things ready our condo showed very well and we received lots of positive feedback from potential buyers. When an offer came through, Jarrod expertly negotiated so we got a fair price for it - a rarity when many people we knew were struggling to sell (or had to pull their properties from the market). Then, when it came to purchasing our house, Jarrod and/or Karolina went with us all over town to find a home and neighbourhood we loved. Then when it came time to place an offer, Jarrod's patient negotiation on our behalf saved us valuable time and money - we managed to purchase a home at a great price while others were going for much more! More so than just the buying and selling, the Jarrod, Karolina, and Dorri were there with us every step of the way, helping us, providing advice and guidance on anything we asked and just made it a smooth and stress free process. We put our trust in them and they delivered - would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
