<p>Janis obviously knew her real estate area very well. She always returned phone calls and the many questions that we had as we lived out of town. She showed us several houses that she felt we would be interested in, but we settled on the first house she showed us. She was patient with us as this was a new experience for us and put us in contact with the various agencies that we needed to deal with. We were especially impressed with the fact that she did not "forget about us" after the deal was closed. She continued to help us through the various processes and we thank her for that. A job very well done and we have recommended her to several folks that we know are interested in the Merritt area.</p>
