<p>Janice Kosak is extremely unprofessional, rude, and does not honour the contracts she writes. We purchased a home that she had listed. The sellers did not leave items written in our contract. She told our realtor that they would not be returning the items, nor compensating us for them. When our realtor contacted her again, she said her clients would mail the items. We have had possession of the home for 3 months and have still not received the items. I would not recommend buying or selling a home with Janice Kosak.</p>
