This is the second time I’ve used Janette and without hesitation I’d use her and her team again. I’d definitely recommend them!!

Janette devoted a full week to us in 2012 when we came from Ontario to find a house within one week. Since then she kept in touch with thoughtful gifts and cards. In the winter of 2022, we needed to sell that house while interest rates jumped up and the real estate market stalled. Janette successfully navigated our sale and helped out our family once again.

This is our second time using Janette in our house buying venture and first time during the selling aspect. We have found Janette to be professional at all times, always on time to appointments. Due to Janette’s years of practicing as a Realtor we found her overall neighbourhood knowledge to be very insightful She is intelligent when it comes to construction of a house and potential doable upgrades/ renovations.

We used Janette’s services twice, once for buying and once for selling. She was very knowledgeable about the market, and the neighborhood. Janette was very responsive to any questions we had during the process, with quick communication either by phone or text. Janette’s experience, and negotiation skills helped us reach, and exceed our expectations. We highly recommend Janette to anyone looking for a great realtor!
