We decided to go with Janet and her team after meeting a few realtors and we're so glad we did! Despite having worked with a number of realtors in the past to purchase, this was our first time selling and admittedly we were a bit nervous. We appreciated the calm and reassuring presence Janet brought. She walked us through the entire process and addressed any concerns/needs we had promptly and professionally. Janet managed to get our property sold for above asking... And then some! She's a true expert negotiator and the results speak for themselves. The package she offers is undeniable.
