We decided to go with Janet and her team after meeting a few realtors and we're so glad we did! Despite having worked with a number of realtors in the past to purchase, this was our first time selling and admittedly we were a bit nervous. We appreciated the calm and reassuring presence Janet brought. She walked us through the entire process and addressed any concerns/needs we had promptly and professionally. Janet managed to get our property sold for above asking... And then some! She's a true expert negotiator and the results speak for themselves. The package she offers is undeniable. The staging made us fall in love with our home all over again. Undoubtedly, Janet will be taking care of all our real estate needs moving forward.
