Biggest thank you to Janet Brooks! She helped us every step of the way to purchase our first home. This is truly something we could not have done without Janet's expertise and guidance. We are so appreciative of everything Janet did. She went above and beyond so many times, and was always super accommodating to our weird work schedules. It is because Janet reached out to a private seller that we got a chance on our now home! She got a clear idea of what we were looking for in a home, and always showed us homes that fit our vision. She never once pushed us out of our budget, or the neighbourhood we wanted to stay in. We are sad that our time with Janet is over, but beyond thankful for all that she did to get us into our home. Give Janet a call if you're selling, or looking to buy. This amazing woman will move mountains to get you as happy as she has made our family. We closed on our home 2 weeks ago, and Janet has checked in since then to make sure there haven't been any surprises or concerns. She has continued to work for us after her job was done and I don't know if you'll find that anywhere else.

Janet was tremendously professional and thoughtful. My mother had decided to sell her house after fifty years and move to a retirement home. This could have been a difficult transition but Janet was very sensitive to all concerns and extremely helpful in making it an easier move. We were never felt rushed or pressured and when the deal was done we were very comfortable with the result. If I am ever in the position to move back to Thunder Bay Janet would be my first call.

We are so glad we chose Janet as our real estate agent. She put in a lot of hours selling our house and helping us find and buy our dream home. Without her assistance we would have been slower to make an offer on our dream home and would have missed out on it altogether.
