I have dealt with a handful of Realtors and Janet is literally hands down one of the best. You can be in the worst state of mind and completely out of sorts about selling and buying and then Janet shows up or calls you and your whole way of thinking changes to a positive. She explains things so well and is so calm and collected. She definitely goes above and beyond for you and you can tell her heart has a passion for her clients. She drove late at night and again in a rain storm with a broken wiper to get our paperwork signed when our home devices would not upload them. If you want the Best and prompt service from an Agent, Janet is definitely and without question the Gal you want to do the job, hands down!

I have bought and sold before and I can say hands down that Janet absolutely nailed being our realtor. She drove though rainy storms, and late nights to get our negotiating done(our computer wasn’t cooperating) She literally would have bent over backward for us if she physically could have. She went above and beyond and she has such a calm and positive demeanour. She’s very knowledgeable and any questions you throw at her, she either has the answer right now or gets it for you in a timely fashion. There are so many out there that just expect you to be satisfied with their work but Janet actually does all of the leg work and will not let you down. If that is the kind of person you want to buy or sell for you, you need to call her! I can’t say enough about how well she does her job. Thank you Janet!
