This realtor agent, Jane Scott, provided competent knowledge and service, consistent contact and availability, and the ability to listen to my needs and react to them effectively in a timely manner. She guided me with patience and professionalism without imposing her own agenda and values on the selling of my townhome and the purchase of my bungalow. Service overall was great. I particularly liked getting the sales history of places I was interested in. I also appreciated her courage in bringing my bids to the seller, even if she might have felt I was offering too little.
