She staged the condo with art, a bed, and tons of decor plus hired a photographer at no extra cost. Her pricing strategy was top notch; she refused to lowball us to get the sale over with faster. She communicated effectively with the condo board and other realtors. She's been managing properties, renting properties, and in real estate for decades.
