Jan knows the neighborhood in the Greater Vancouver very well growing up in Vancouver herself. She knows the market and be able to fit the buyer to the location and housing type that is most suitable for the family. She is an excellent agent both for seller and a buyer. She will take time to understand your need to help you find that perfect home for your family with the price point and feature you are looking for. She is a straight shooter and very upfront on what price point will get you at what type of home in a certain location. She sold my home in 3 days after it is listed.
