I knew Jamie long before he was a real estate agent, even though I had not seen him for well over 7 years, the mark he left on me during that time, made it a no brainer that he would be my first call when looking for a house. Jamie is as authentic and professional as they come, he was an absolute blast to go on the "first home buyer journey with", his knowledge of the real estate market didn't hurt either. Outside of all that, his greatest attribute is his personality, you won't find a more positive, upbeat guy in Winnipeg. I would and I have recommended him to anybody I know buying a house.

Jamie is absolutely the best agent for us. He is flexible around my busy families scheduled. He always finds time to meet with us. He listens to what we need as a family and is extremely patient as we begin this process with him again. He helped us buy our first family home and sell our starter home. Jamie has been nothing but professional throughout the entire process.

Jamie is a great agent. Friendly, funny and knowledgeable. He was always willing and available and on time to show us houses we were interested in (many of them). He got us above asking price on our home and also presented our offers on our new home. Which we were able to get below asking price. When selling Jamie presented us with comparable homes in our area and helped us land on our asking price. He answered all of our questions and always had a smile on his face. I have used Jamie before for buying and selling and will DEFINITELY use him again. I recommend him to any one who wants to buy or sell and be informed while doing it. He helped sell my old house and helped me find a condo I loved in my area, a block from my family for a great price. In the shopping process, he met me in person to go to open houses until we found the perfect place. You can tell that Jamie is genuine and really cares about his clients. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.</p>

<p>Jamie is not the type to tell you a property is good when it has blatant problems. He will never encourage you to buy a home he would not consider living in himself.<br /> He is a very down to earth person who can keep emotions out of the purchasing equation. He will never pressure you to increase your offer for the sake of his commission or use salesman tactics to encourage you to make the purchase.<br /> We experienced both types of offers with Jamie, a bidding war and a counter offer situation. Jamie walked us through the procedures in both cases and negotiated on our behalf with the utmost success. He got the seller to concede on trying to counter offer and instead accept our offer as written.<br /> His moto is that nobody should over pay for a house, and his actions reflect this. If you are seeking a realtor who will save you money when buying a home, you should see Jamie.</p>
