<p>During the process of selling your home it can be very stressful. Jamie made sure we had a good plan in place to get the results that we wanted. Jamie was very easy to talk to and was always available if we needed to speak with him. I can not express how happy we are with the service that was provided by Jamie. I would recommend him and already have to anyone that is looking to sell their place or even looking to buy one.</p>

<p>Jamie and his team achieved results far above and beyond our expectations with the sale of our home. Fantastic!!</p>

<p>Jamie Dempster handled purchase of a new house and sale of our current house:<br /> ------------<br /> Purchase:<br /> Excellent use of technology with Collab (way better than regular realtor.ca), Whatsapp and e-signatures. This allowed us (with our two small kids) to find and target an area in the insane GTA market. Jamie went door-knocking hitting up the neighborhood. Eventually a listing came up and we went in successfully winning against a few other offers.<br /> -------------<br /> Sale:<br /> Jamie's strategy was accommodating of our needs as a family, yet aggressive and in the end, very effective. His recommendations, demeanor and tactics made it all as painless as possible, and in the end set a record for the sale. Exceeded my expectations by far. (I also  include his team in this, e.g. the stagers)<br /> -------------<br /> On a more personal level, he had some very significant events in his family life during this time, and yet at no time did we feel left in a lurch. Nor did we ever get the feeling that he was putting work before family, because honestly a factor in who we have representing us is that we would like that person to have similar values, and Jamie demonstrated good character in numerous ways.
