In January (2019), I reached out to Jamie to sell my house in Auburn Bay. It definitely wasn’t a good time to be selling a house, but I needed to downsize as my kids are grown and the house was too big for me. Jamie helped me decide on price point, staging the rooms, and the market strategy she was using to get my house sold. She is thorough, persistent and knows the local area and prices very well. Her desire to help others shines through as she remains committed to her clients through every step of the process. Jamie never pressured me into making any decisions I wasn’t comfortable with and carefully reviewed all offers and agreements with me. Jamie’s positive optimism never waivered, she would reassure me that we were close and that my house was going to sell. Three weeks later my house was sold! If you are looking to sell your house and need honest and trusted advice, I would highly recommend contacting Jamie. She will work hard for your business and take the stress out of selling your home.
