I must say, I was so lucky to have James as our real estate agent. He is professional, pate-in and enthusiastic, and gave me a lot of great guidance and advice that made the process easy and smooth. In the whole process, he also did a lot of things for free such as fixing my window sills and cracked baseboards, fixing doors, and changing light bulbs -- which is kind of a dangerous job at that height. He helped us a lot, and after we moved out he visited the house from time to time and took good care of it to help me sell for a better price. In the end, after the house been on the market for three weeks, we got a satisfactory offer and closed the deal.
