I was not planning to use a realtor to sell my home but was given James' name as a reference for a market evaluation. I met with him, he did a thorough inspection of my home, and followed up within one week with a list of comparable properties that had sold within the last year. With the information he presented I decided to go ahead and list with James. My house sold within a matter of days. He was prompt, efficient and conscientious concerning all matters.

James help our family, relocate with work, it is a stressful time, but James really helped us make the process easy, we have sold and purchased a few homes in our lifetime, but James level of professionalism, and knowledge stood out, we listed our home and because he knows the market, so well , not to mentioned worked hard with his COI’s to sell our house in one day , great communication, truthful and honest , if we make our way back to Regina, James would be out Agent we use highly recommend

I must say, I was so lucky to have James as our real estate agent. He is professional, pate-in and enthusiastic, and gave me a lot of great guidance and advice that made the process easy and smooth. In the whole process, he also did a lot of things for free such as fixing my window sills and cracked baseboards, fixing doors, and changing light bulbs -- which is kind of a dangerous job at that height. He helped us a lot, and after we moved out he visited the house from time to time and took good care of it to help me sell for a better price. In the end, after the house been on the market for three weeks, we got a satisfactory offer and closed the deal. He was honest, direct and someone we felt we could trust. He lived up to our expectations and did a great job walking us through the sale and delivering the results we wanted.

James Wruth has a great personality and is very knowledgeable in the real estate market. He offered advise on values and building qualities. He recommended a highly professional home inspector and lawyer as we knew no one in Regina having just moved here from Ontario. James assisted us in every step of the purchasing process.
