You will not find a better agent in the city of Toronto - he is professional, fun and responsive. But I think more than anything else - he actually listens to what you're looking for. I asked for a specific layout in a very specific building - he found the unit before it even hit the MLS saving me from a bidding war. 10 out of 10 experience!
