James was very professional and personable. I was a little sceptical of his strategy at first but my house sold in a week for above asking. Through out the whole process of buying and selling James kept me informed of what was happening and explained everything as we went along. He sent videos which really helped in answering any questions that I had. James is a busy guy but he made me feel like I was his only client. Every time I called he would pickup the phone, and on the rare occasion that he didn’t answer he would return my call a short time later. James really makes you feel valued as a client.
