Jada was very professional. We had a tough sale given that the property was an occupied rental. She took it upon herself to liaise directly with our tenants to schedule showings instead of going through us each time which took a lot off our plate. I would recommend her for any real estate needs and would use her again in the future.

Our listing was targeted as an investment opportunity, and it needed someone to go in there, see the vision and do the work. Jada worked around 3 renters, their needs and quirks and she was always very calm. We had many, many showings, a couple of unacceptable offers and then things came together and we sold.
