Jacob has a good knowledge of the neighbourhood and the property , took time to explain about the amenities in the area , negotiated well , very professional and responded promptly to all my questions and guided me well with my first home purchase.

He was very flexible in working around our busy schedule, quick to setup all of our showings, and helped find us listings that fit exactly what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable and we are so happy he was able to help us find the perfect home!
