Jacky was quick to respond and able to accommodate with our schedule. He was patient and fun to work with, our chats never felt like a serious business transaction. We told Jacky that we had a tight budget for the next property we would like, yet he did not turn us down but gave us positive vibes. Jacky sold our house within less than a month and was able to get a deal on our new property that same weekend we sold. When I mean deal, he literally did what we thought was impossible, being able to buy a turn key townhouse in the Markham area for less than a million dollars! All the negotiation and talking to sellers agent and keeping us in the loop with chat screen shots! Like I said, the conversations we’ve had with Jacky were nothing but pleasant and good memories.
