I had a really great experience as a first time home buyer. I will definitely be recommending Jack to anyone that I know that is in need of a relator.

My husband and I recently accepted employment in Grande Prairie and are facing a huge, life changing re-location from Manitoba. Jack was recommended to us by a couple of folks whom we will be working with and for. We have not had the pleasure of meeting Jack face to face nor have we had the pleasure of stepping inside the home we have purchased however, we felt confident in trusting Jack to land the perfect home for our new adventure! Jack never left us hanging, always made sure someone connected with us if he was unable to respond to us right away. He went to homes to do measurements for us so we could assess whether or not to pursue a possible property. He jumped on any new home being listed to give us first hand info and first glimpse opportunity. When we approached him with homes we liked off the MLS website he was sure to let us know of neighborhoods, possible repair issues, resale possibilities, location in respect to our employment. Jack saved us hours of travel time and expense by being in constant communication with us in varying forms including videoing homes for us as we were unable to tour them in person. We also received recommendations for lawyers, had home inspection set up for us and movers checklist emailed to us. Every step of the way was guided in a very professional and friendly manner. I had made the comment years ago that I couldn't understand how someone could purchase a home without physically going and viewing it. I now see how that is possible....get the RIGHT REALTOR working with and for you!!!! Jack, you and your colleagues, made a HUGE undertaking a much smaller undertaking and we are thankful for that and very appreciative of everything thing you did for us, big and small!!

Jack was an excellent agent to deal with and made our home buying experience extremely positive. He is incredibly knowledgable of the area, including amenities and potential re-sale of various neighbourhoods. He is very pleasant to deal with and makes you feel so important you would think you are his only client. He was very attentive to our requests and answered all of our questions. He was an outstanding agent who we would definitely recommend!
