<p>We have used Jack for 2 home purchases along with our only sale. I can not say enough good things about Jack. He always made sure we were kept up to date and he managed to sell our home when no other homes on the market were being sold due to the economy. Jack’s whole team is amazing. Making you always feel welcome and all of them going out of their way to make sure we were completely happy and all and any of our questions were answered very quickly.</p>

This was our second time using Jack in our real estate transaction. Jack is very knowledgeable about real estate and real estate law, local market trends, and knows what to look for regarding red flag issues with homes we viewed. Jack was always very responsive to my attempts at contact, even when it was in the middle of the night or at 5:00am, and he always responded with kindness and compassion to my worries and concerns. Jack is very patient, and was able to help me be more rational during the stressful times of listing my house, and then negotiating with buyers who were impractical and demanding. Jack stated that he would likely have an offer on my home within 21 days, and on day 22 had an offer. He is an expert in selling and buying homes, and as such we have recommended him to several of our friends, and would not hesitate to work with him again, pending he is still in the field. Jack has truly been my saving grace through this process and I am very thankful to have been able to count on him during this stressful period in my life.
