Got very lucky to have Jackie as our agent. I clicked on a property's selling agent to inquire about it (Fairfield condo). A few minutes later our phone rang and it was Jackie. That quick response spoke volumes to me and we stuck with Jackie right away and up to our happy purchase outcome (a dog friendly place we could afford near BH park). Her advice always proved spot on, was invaluable during closing price negotiations, and her aftersale attention, helpfulness, kindness and courtesy was beyond any expectation. A truly superior sales agent, in every respect. Thank-you, Jackie, for making this West Coast retirement move as surprisingly painless and smooth as it turned out to be. --Two new thrilled and happy Victoria residents.

For this review I could only choose 5 stars, our selection would have far exceeded this choice as Jackie is that much of a realtor star! We did a very complex move from four provinces away - thousands of kilometers. Jackie, herself, literally went hundreds and hundreds of kilometers out of her way to help us. Her work is thorough & knowledgeable. Jackie attends to all matters efficiently - with confidence, accuracy, & proficiency. No detail is overlooked. Communications are frequent, thorough, & encompassing - ensuring matters are understood, attended to properly, and completed successfully. We are thankful fate brought our realtor star Jackie to us for our house purchase. She has the experience needed to make such a complex & important purchase as easy & successful as can be for her clients. We will not hesitate to turn to Jackie for any of our future realtor related needs. Thank you, Jackie!!

Jackie is professional, helpful, organized, connected. We cannot stress enough that Jackie is the best. We were new to Canada but it never felt like it. She understood our concers and helped with mortgage & insuraces. She took our calls when we needed. Not thst she helped us with buying our first house but she sold to and helped us with buying 2nd as well to buy home for our son. We feel Jackie as first family friend very close to our heart.
