Pros: Ivy is a very attentive and helpful agent, and provides excellent service both before and after my purchase. She is very diligent and flexible with her schedule, quick and responsive to my messages and honest with her assessment of each property we viewed. Ivy also provided great recommendations for inspector, mortgage broker and lawyer. Her professionalism is top tier. Cons: As a first time home buyer, I wish she explained the entire purchase process more clearly and in more detail. I also wish she offered more extensive market data and helped negotiate harder on the house I purchased, but with the current market conditions I can't fault her too much. All in all, I had a great experience working with her, and would recommend her to my friends and family.
