Hi, This is a review for our realtor, Ivanka Culjak, who was great when my daughter and I were looking for an apartment to buy back in the summer of 2020. We started looking on one end of town and Ivanka was great in getting right to it and showing us what we wanted to see. My daughter actually wanted to buy in another area and Ivanka stepped up with information on places in the desired area and price. We called her whenever we felt the need and she was always obliging and really quick to get back to us with any of our questions and requests. Ivanka arranged and attended viewings but also arranged for viewings on our own with a listing realtor. She was supportive and knowledgeable about what needed to happen once we decided on a property. She stayed with us every step of the way from what to do around getting a loan at the bank and then dealing with a Notary and through the sale and right to moving in December 2020.
