Wow! Ishan made buying a house such a breeze! He was great to work with, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Ishan went above and beyond to help us close on our home quickly and efficiently. I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family with regards to buying a house. Ishan was professional and personal! he never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way. he also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and other pointers related to moving to a house. This made it really easy to move in. I highly recommend him to go to for anyone looking for a home.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Ishan. This was for our first home. We had MANY questions regarding many different projects, and Ishan was always able to answer my questions or find answers regarding requests that are usually not possible but he was able to get it done for us. He has great customer service, he is very respectful, he truly tries to help with anything he can which is very surprising when it comes to sales people in general, and most importantly for us at least, he didn’t pressure us to do anything.
