Throughout my journey, Ingo demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. Whether I needed additional time for the situation I was in with the loss of my mother, he took it all in stride. Ingo went out of his way to provide me with extra resources and various options when it came to the hot water tank and the furnace.
