Had a very bad experience. We found the property and bought it. It was a new build and we only had one question for Inderjit. How big is the backyard? He told us half between our house and the other. A year later, when our fence went up, our yard was a quarter the size that Indejit had told us. It was as simple as checking the survey and giving us the correct information. He wanted to make quick money without providing accuarate information. He took his commission and left us with a house that was not what he had explained to us. Poor knoweledge and lack of professionalism. Will not recommend if you are looking for an honest agent.
