We used Ina's services to sell our house in North Vancouver earlier this year. We were first time sellers, so we appreciated her patient guidance through the sale process. Before engaging with Ina, we interviewed several realtors who had recent sales in our area. Ina was best able to articulate the value of her services and gave us the confidence to go forward and prepare our house for sale. Ina helped us strategize when and how we would bring our house to market, working within our preference to delay listing until we had a confirmed offer on a property in the Fraser valley. She referred us to a local realtor and coordinated to ensure that we were ready to list quickly when our offer was accepted, despite a delay caused by a plumbing issue that necessitated ceiling repairs and repainting. Ina engaged great professionals to compile a superb marketing package for the house, including photos, videos, drone footage, floor plans and printed materials (far superior than any we encountered during our house hunting). In the week before we listed, Ina was reactive to the market, adjusting our listing price to demonstrate value relative to other listings in the area, and judged that there was sufficient market momentum to set an offer date. As a result, there was considerable interest, the open houses were very busy and we received an offer significantly over asking in a cooling market. Ina was also able to negotiate closing dates that lined up with our house purchase. Ina was a pleasure to work with. She demonstrated great professionalism and communicated frequently and clearly. We always knew what was going on, what needed to happen when, who we should expect to see, and when we should be out of the house. She managed our expectations and provided clear feedback after every open house, home inspection and realtor interaction. She was always there in person for all showings and buyer visits, never a lockbox, and we always felt that our house was secure. For us, the result of choosing Ina as our realtor, was an outcome that exceeded our most optimistic scenario. Highly recommended!
