Ian has worked with us over the past few years to both purchase and sell our downtown London condo. Ian is efficient, responsive, has excellent customer services skills, indepth experience in the industry, and has overall done an incredible job for us. We would highly recommend him to anyone for either their real estate purchase or selling needs.

<p><br /> My fiance and I found Ian through a realtor website after we had a poor experience with our last agent. It was a complete 180 in the service we received. Ian came to our home the next day after he said he could help to find what we were looking for and lay out how everything works. We are first time home buyers and had no clue what we were doing, but Ian explained everything simply and was so very helpful. Within a few weeks we found a house that we were interested in. Ian helped us negotiate a fair price for the house and once the offer was accepted he guided us through the next steps. He gave us recommendations to an amazing home inspector and a great lawyer as well. Now we have had the house and Ian has still kept in contact even though he doesn’t have to, just to check in. He made this a wonderful experience and easier than we expected. Anyone looking for a great realtor I would recommend Ian in a heart beat!</p>
