He was very willing to help us look in multiple areas, as we were not set on a certain location, was quick to respond and answered any questions we had. Ian was respectful, straightforward and made buying/selling as easy as could be. We definitely would recommend to others.

Ian is a diligent, helpful and supportive real estate agent. As a cautious buyer, I appreciated his patient and informed advice. My questions about properties and market prices were answered promptly and thoroughly. He continued to find properties meeting my criteria until we found one that met my needs. He faciliated a pet approval immediately when I made an offer taking a lot of stress out of that issue. He checked in after the sale and move to ensure I was satisfied with the transaction. I highly recommend Ian. This was his first sale but I am sure there will be many more!
