Four years ago Ian helped me with my purchase of a home in Nanaimo and,when my needs changed, he again helped me. We found the perfect smaller home in Ladysmith. He helped me through a difficult time waiting for probate of an estate, and negotiated with beneficiaries. None of which I would have been able to do without him. Ian is a kind and patient man ready and willing to take a frantic call from a client on a Sunday morning or long after close of office hours, and is always ready to calmly deal with a situation. I highly recommend Ian for anyone looking to buy or sell.
