<p><br /> Howard sat down with us and explored all the available housing options for us to consider. Once we determined how long the commute to work could be handled, we began to search out communities where we would like to live.<br /> Our budget and savings were our main focus on the ability to purchase our first home after living in rental apartments since marrying. But now that we've started a family, we need to be more secure in knowing we are in charge of our expenses and saving for the longer term. Howard showed us mostly homes within our budget, and some slightly beyond our reach, but this is because I am not a very handyman type person. We needed a move in ready situation at a reasonable price. We are so pleased we worked with Howard because in the end, this is exactly what we purchased after participating in several multiple offer situations. This experience was very emotional for us but Howard walked us through all the difficult challenges and for this we are truly grateful. Thank you!</p>

<p><br /> We were searching for our first home for well over a year. Our one bedroom apartment was just too small and because we wanted to start a family, it was time to move. Howard was able to figure out a way for us to keep our condo apartment and rent it out, leveraging its value toward the purchase of our first home.<br /> At the time, bidding wars in Toronto and the extended GTA were ridiculously out of control! We must have participated in six (6) multiple offers and were beginning to lose hope we would never buy a house. This said, in the end, it was Howard's art of negotiation with the Sellers which brought our purchase to fruition. Without his knowledge, persistence, experience, and enthusiasm, our dream could not have been made more wonderful!</p>
