I was a first time condo buyer and was introduced to Margaret and Theresa who made my condo buying the ultimate experience. Margaret and Theresa are outstanding real estate agents who truly care about their clients needs/requirements. Downsizing from a 3500 square foot home to a 2 bedroom condo was a huge decision - what to look for, what area, what price and what things to consider when buying a condo. Margaret and Theresa listed very attentively to my requirements, outlined different options and fully explained how the process worked. What could have been a daunting experience was definitely not the case. They were patient, hard working and ensured that I was able to see as many condos as I could in order to help me make my decision. They were very receptive of my time when scheduling appointments to see the condos and ensured that all my questions were answered and even more had researched and provided me with even more detailed info. The magic really came together when it was time to make the offer! What incredible and outstanding work by Margaret and Theresa to ensure that all the paperwork was successfully completed. My offer was put forth around 1700 hrs on a Tues and was conditionally accepted by 2000 hours - how great is that... I should add that it took til 2000 hrs only because the system wasn't functioning properly. The rest of the paperwork was finalized and I was the proud owner of a very beautiful condo in less than 5 days. My final walkthough with Margaret and Theresa was bittersweet - being a condo owner within such a short time frame and for such a good price was only possible thanks to their outstanding client customer service and support. I highly recommend Margaret and Theresa as real estate agents - they will definitely not disappoint in cinching the deal, but more importantly will more than exceed your expectations of what a real estate agent can do for you!
