In a word, EXCEPTIONAL, however, one word is not enough… My selling and buying experience with Heidi was a level of professionalism beyond measure. Selling a house or buying house, I discovered is both an exciting and a stressful/emotional experience. Particularly when you’re on a timeline. Heidi put me at ease and was very supportive and answered every query or concern that I had. She even answers questions before you have an opportunity to ask them! Stepping into the experience, I had hopes, but admittedly, I was very overwhelmed. Heidi recognized this, and with her level of experience and professionalism. She quickly reassured me and helped me with a plan of action to keep everything on a seem-less schedule . Seamless it was, even beyond that, my experience was so positive that I have recommended her to friends and family, and they have all, that have been in a position to require her services, be equally impressed by how she conducts herself in the best interest of her clients. Having someone that is invested in your best interest, with true scruples and care to guide you through every step of the transaction with full transparency and accountability is rare - Heidi is definitely a rare commodity in the real estate agent realm. She strategized to create the best scenario for me to aquire well over the asking price of my home for sale, then allied to assist myself and my husband to negotiate the best price for the purchase of our new home with the builder. Beyond grateful that she was with us in our journey. I and my husband, sincerely, cannot thank and recommend her enough.
