We found Heather to be on time and well prepared for our whirlwind buying trip. She organized her listings to accommodate our needs and listened to our purchase requirements and concerns. She took us to lots of homes both preowned and new and allowed us to view many different areas and price points. She knowledgeably answered our questions about Alberta markets and purchasing A little different to BC. When it came to negotiating our offer to purchase she was professional and thorough and did an outstanding job securing our new property. Heather is never too busy to take our calls and arrange followup inquiries and has provided assistance in getting access to the property to our contractor for a renovation estimate.

Working with Heather was a great experience. I am a type A personality who likes to do homework prior to looking at places, after the second showing with her she knew exactly what paperwork I would like to review when looking at a place. She was always prompt when answering any questions for me and if she did not know the answer she has many resources to get a quick answer. She was able to work around my schedule and went to many rural properties with me. I would highly recommend her so any of your realty needs.

Mrs. Heather Coney is an amazing agent who helped guide me to buying my first home. Being a first time home buyer I had alot of confusion on how the whole concept of buying a home worked, but Heather helped me understand the process fully. She is diligent and makes sure every requirement you have for your home search is met.
