I live in Edmonton and Heather was amazing doing everything from a distance. She took time to stage the condo, show the place, clean out the place with her husband and kids, organized and paid for a professional cleaner, etc. She went above and beyond and I’m so grateful for everything she did, making the transaction smooth.

Heather was truly incredible to work with. We were first time homebuyers and not very familiar with the Vernon market or home buying in general and Heather helped us navigate this process with so much kindness and knowledge. She has so much history and knowledge of this area and helped us through every stage of the process. We fully trusted her to help us through the whole thing and she definitely delivered and provided us with constant support throughout. She was quick to respond to all our questions and connect us with the other people we needed to finalize our purchase. All of her recommendations were so helpful and we would recommend her to anyone we know and anyone looking for a realtor in the Vernon area! I can’t imagine a more seamless experience as a first time homebuyer and wish I could give her more than 5 stars as we couldn’t have done this without her! We will be her clients for life after such a wonderful experience working with her on buying our first house!

Heather is an amazing realtor! Absolutely nothing is too much for her! We loved her from her first visit to the house when she seemed to really understand why we had loved living in our house and was very excited to plan the marketing of our house. She was excellent at collaborating with us on setting a price, the photos and videos were superb and she walked us through the whole house sale process. Her reassurances about my many anxieties were extremely welcome! Once the house was on the market, Heather even helped look after the house whilst we were away. Her communication with us was excellent and we were very happy with the price we sold for in a market that was becoming quite difficult. I really cannot find any fault with Heather at all and would highly recommend her.
