Harry was always very professional in assisting us with finding the perfect home. His neighbourhood knowledge and property value knowledge was an asset. He was never pushy or demanding and when it came time to placing an offer on a property he was very good at explaining the process, securing us the right price for the perfect property.

Harry helped me to buy the house at a good price following a challenging negotiation as I made an offer considerably below the original asking price. I was also able to have included a number of items of furniture and home electronics that wouldn't normally have been included. Also the home inspection found a water leak which required an exterior and interior repair to be completed and re-inspected prior to the inspection condition finally being waived.
