He added the right clauses to the agreement to ensure I was fully protected and made sure a thorough inspection was completed in the older home - which detected a few issues that we were able to use to re-negotiate the price!

His knowledge of the new condo industry is excellent, and he took the time to clearly explain the most important things I needed to know when buying a new build — including how HST works, as well as builder closing costs like development fees, meter hook-ups, and reserve fund top-ups and how much I should be budgeting for these upon closing.
