Sure, it meant our offer would not be as attractive to sellers as one clear of subjects, but it let us know that he was in it for us rather than for a quick sale and easy commission.</p> <p>In Harold we found an amazing, genuine realtor as well as a great individual with whom we will maintain a friendship long after our home purchase.
