We found Hailey to be extremely patient with us, and honest about the houses we viewed. We had resigned ourselves thinking we wouldn’t be able to find what we wanted, but Hailey did not give up. When we did find a house that we liked, Hailey was able to save the deal at the last moment, getting us an even lower price than we thought we could get. Hailey worked hard to make this happen and did a lot of research for us that eased our minds and found solutions. She was able to quickly arrange thorough inspections for us, and walked beside us each step of the way. She was a great advocate for our wants and needs. From the moment we were introduced to Hailey we felt like she really understood what we were looking for and worked tirelessly helping us find our next home. Hailey spent hours and hours answering our questions, sending information on homes, and when we were finally ready to do the serious in person search she gave us her time exclusively! I went do NS after our home in Ontario sold firm with a large list of homes...we sat down together to plan and schedule visits. By the end of day 2 and after 10 different homes (12 hours of driving) we had it narrowed down to just one home that will fit our needs and made an offer. Her knowledge of the process, paperwork and requirements allowed us to feel confident in what we were doing. We did manage with Hailey's help to secure our home in competition with another offer, and under list price and now we are getting ready for the move to our new home. I cannot recommend Hailey enough! She is so attentive, thorough and knowledgeable. As an anxious and nervous seller she was always there to answer any questions we had no matter the time.
