<p>We purchased a home through the highly professional and hard-working Team Paliwal. We call it home, not house, as our 2-year old called it 'my home' right when we visited the property for the first time. This is what separates Team Paliwal from other realtors - they take time and effort to understand what their customers really want, even if the customer is a 2-year old kid. This is not the first time we were purchasing a property in Canada, so we can attest to Team Paliwal's professionalism as an experienced buyer. What we really liked about them was their dedication (always reachable through phone/text/e-mail/in-person), ability to fully understand our requirements, negotiation skills, patience, vast knowledge and thorough research. We would also like to point out that Gyanesh and Anshu complement each other beautifully when working together, which makes it easier for a prospective customer to execute on a deal quickly and efficiently with a 360 degree view of everything. We sincerely believe it doesn't end at buying/selling a property with Team Paliwal, it begins from there. Thanks Gyanesh and Anshu for being there and finding us our daughter's 'my home'</p>
